The title is "Assault on Saint Agnes" It is being published by
Commotion In The Pews Publishing.
I need a book cover suitable for Kindle, paperback, and hardcover
books. The novel is about terrorist attacks against a church in
Minnesota, Saint Agnes Catholic Church.
There is a deep link in the book between the power grid being under
attack, winter storms, and Arabic language. I have pictures of some of
the venues in the middle of a blizzard that capture the locations in
This is an action-thriller in the Christian market. Hard-edged action,
very realistic. [This book is a fast paced, action thriller with a lot
of military insider knowledge. It's the same general feel as a Vince
Flynn book but written for the Christian market.]
Helicopters (with strings of special ops troops roping in on the
church would be good,) churches, power lines, men in balaclavas all
fit into the montage I envision.
As well as the title, and the name of the author, it would be good to
splash the fact that the novel was an "Operation First Novel Finalist"
as this is a weighty contest that adds credibility to the book. The
book was also the runner up in Athanatos Ministries Christian Novel
Contest. (Both awards are prestigious.) They would fit nicely on the
front cover somewhere I'm sure.
The back cover copy should include the head shot, and then a brief bio
under the picture.

The description of the book would be the bottom portion:
When terrorists assault Saint Agnes Church, they expect to find a
congregation of lambs: they get Bobby Kurtz instead. An unrepentant
Cold Warrior, Kurtz puts the terrorists down like the animals they
Against his will, Kurtz is pulled back into the life he left behind
decades before. Bobby Kurtz reluctantly picks up the burden of hunting
the terrorists in our midst, risking his life and his marriage in a
single-minded pursuit of victory over evil.
Working with a shadowy government agency, Kurtz uses his experience,
and guidance from God, to reveal the terrorists plan to plunge the
Twin Cities back into the Stone Age. The final battle rages across the
plains during a Christmas Eve blizzard in a story that will leave the
reader pleading for more of Kurtz and his team of experts.
