I HAVE MADE SOME REFINEMENTS TO THE BRIEF - SEE BELOW THE DOTTED LINE
I have a (9x6" 250-page) book that is ready for publication, but I am not happy with the cover - it does not 'stand out'. I want a cover that is simple, yet grabs attention - like the one at http://99designs.com.au/book-cover-…ank-215390. Importantly, the title must be readable on a thumbnail size image on Amazon. I like an exotic font, similar to what I already have, but thicker if possible. I prefer black and gold (and some white). My book is about principles or (Universal) laws of success. My existing cover has the American Native Dream Catcher image which is used symbolically as a (spider) web to catch one's dream. I still want to use that image, but it can be smaller. The white dots in the image represent stars in the Universe (as this book is about universal laws). I need to keep the Gold Seal with the words "Classic Edition" (to differentiate this book from the abridged version).
My requirements include the Front Cover, Back Cover and Spine. The "Ink 'n Ivory" logo must appear on the back cover and the spine.
If there is room, I would like the short testimonial by Brian Tracy (which is currently on the back cover) to appear somewhere on the Front cover.
Here is another cover design that caught my attention -http://99designs.com.au/book-cover-design/contests/design-ebook-cover-busting-corporate-idol-227878
I already have a huge audience, so this book will be seen by millions of people... especially as there will also be a free downloadable version. I look forward to receiving your submissions.
The existing cover, Dream Catcher image, logo and content for back cover is attached. Please let me know if you need additional information.

Based on the submissions I received so far, here are my preferences:
-> Keep the colour scheme to Black, Gold and White/Grey
-> The dreamcatcher image must be prominently placed on the front cover
-> I am impartial to whether Black or Gold is the dominant colour - each has its advantage and disadvantage. For example, Gold is 'shiny' and therefore has a certain elegance to it; Black gives the opportunity to add 'stars' in the background to create the essence of the Universe. (Note: Too many stars can be overwhelming.)
-> The word 'Inexplicable' is an important part of the title and should not be subordinated in any way.
-> The font for the title must be clear (i.e. readable at a glance), elegant and 'exotic' in some way - similar to what I have on my existing cover, but thicker if possible.
-> "Classic Edition" (seal or words) must appear on the cover to differentiate this book from the abridged version (which has the same title).
-> If the Classic Edition seal is used, I'd like to see it at the top left corner (and perhaps the short testimonial by Brian Tracy [which is currently on the back cover] to appear on its right).
-> In my original brief (above) I mentioned two designs from past projects that caught my attention. The second example was a two-tone design. So far, no one has attempted to create a two-tone effect for my cover. I'd really like to see a design where Gold merges seamlessly with Black (or visa versa) about half way down the cover. The dreamcatcher image should be positioned somewhere in the middle where the colour transitions from Gold to Black. And...the very bottom could have a Gold (Black) band with the author's names. Done right, incorporating all the elements mentioned above, this could be a stunning design.
-> As for the Back Cover:
.. The book title and/or authors names must not appear on the back cover
.. The font must be clear and easy to read
.. The emphasis (i.e. bolding and italics) must be per the attachment I provided.
.. The Winston Churchill quote must be indented
.. I prefer the commendations/testimonials to be right-justified
