The book title can be anywhere on the cover but the author’s name should be at the bottom in smaller font than the title.
What is the book about?
Principle, Purpose and Power is a practical step-by-step handbook for leaders wanting to drive cultural transformation. The book spells out what to do at each of the 8 Change Phases, has key messages, communication styles, check lists, dos and don’ts and best guess assessments. It is a ‘how to’ manual for cultural change.
Our target audience would be predominately middle managers at the ‘coal-face’ of organisational change – ie the people making the change happen by leading from example.

Based on years of academic and practical research, this Handbook seeks to explain how your projects can be introduced in a way that ensures maximum employee engagement as well as the delivery of tangible, measurable results within an acceptable timeframe.”
The book design should be contemporary and have a Corporate feel. Feel free to experiment as we are open to your ideas.
We are open to different designs for the back cover – we assume it could include e.g. a short paragraph describing the book, an author biography with photo, quotes from people who have found it useful or some combination of these. Once we see a mock-up we will be able to provide text to fit.
Please provide the final artwork as an editable InDesign CS5.5 or Illustrator CS5.5 compatible file, together with all fonts required.
Inside pages are 210mm wide x 190mm high so we'll need a cover to suit
