When a dentist puts a patient to sleep using sedatives, they have to produce these incredibly complex and detailed reports about the procedure. This includes things like monitoring a patient's vital signs at five-minute intervals.
We provide a web application that dramatically simplifies generating these reports.
Please don't make it dental specific because we plan to branch out to general surgery at some point. So, please, no teeth! :)

The logo is going to be used for a variety of mediums. It has to look good and be legible even at smaller sizes. Ideally, it would consist of a mark along with "AnesthesiaCharting.com". The mark would occasionally be used on its own as a decorative element in the app, but most frequently would be used next to the name.
Also, colors selected for the logo would be used to inform the design of the app. I've attached a screenshot of the app in its current state just as a rough reference of what it looks like, but please don't let existing colors or themes limit you.
The app would frequently be used on a tablet/iPad. But it's a web app so it could also be used on any device.
