We have a web-based solution that helps doctors & medical teams find the right referral to match the needs of the patient and the network that patient is part of.

We want a single picture that captures all the choices that self-insured companies have to improve the overall wellness of their employees and their families, then how a referral network can direct patients to the best options to meet their needs.
This is part of a growing trend that can change healthcare delivery for many Americans. See slide show for more (http://goo.gl/NvLSw) about opportunity.
The attached mock-up conveys the basic information we want to convey, but needs improvement by a real designer.
Trust.MD is the Google-like search/selection tool that doctors, medical teams, health assistants, and employees would use to find the specialist or provider that best meets the needs of 1. Clinical, 2. patient preference, and 3. options and ratings known to the network.
We will use this in a newsletter sent to prospects, so it will be a pdf read on a computer screen.

We own rights to some of the art used in this graphic, but my sense is this would be more pleasing to the eye if we replaced all the photos with some consistent form of suggestive icon or sketch. I am interested in the views of a designer about that.
