I am looking for an ongoing relationship with a cartoonist/illustrator to bring life to my blog posts with cartoon illustrations. I will use you for every single blog post I do, and will also get you to help with infographics and other publishing work I do.
I am looking to work with someone who can come up with an entertaining illustration with minimal instruction and can turn around quickly.
I don't need perfectly designed, full coloured illustrations for each blog post. Newspaper cartoon style would be great. The priority with a blog post is that it needs to be cheap and quick to produce. Also I would like other illustrations designed from time to time in the same style but with more time and budget because they'll be infographics or stock illustrations.
There are some great examples of the type of cartoon I want at this link http://www.vcestudyguides.com/guide…n-cartoons. I don't mind about the illustration style, I'd prefer for that to be your own unique style and we want to keep working with you for consistency and branding.
The image needs to be 960 x 390px
The job is for 4 images on my blog for the following articles:
Xero – why all the fuss?
Is your bookkeeper practicing illegally?
Most business owners overlook this key to business success
Are you in the business of selling or collecting ?
The first article that I'd like you to illustrate for the contest is http://bookkeepersofmelbourne.com.a…-the-fuss/
Please be creative. The illustration should be about this particular article and it's essence, not necessarily a picture with Xero in it. Pretty much all of my blogs will be about Xero in some sense, so you'll need to be a bit creative. There are some interesting references to the matrix, drinking the coolaid, hype and excitement, that would be the angle best for this article.
