"Botanical-print" inspired logo with femininity and classic charm for my Naturopathic health practice. 

Citrine Natural Health

I do not want any slogan on my logo but a couple of things that I often include in my marketing information are: "Your Kitchen Clinic" or "Be Citrine" (Citrine to me is bright, shiny, happy balanced health)

I want my logo for a store front and for marketing materials. I want it to be unique, because I am going to be moving across the country to start a business in an area where natural medicine is not well known. I am moving from a very progressive part of the country (Portland, Oregon USA) to a much smaller more conservative area (Jacksonville, Florida USA.) I want people to see my logo and think of a well-put together small business. Feminine and simple, yet with some elegance and respect.

What am I going to be like as a business? I finished a doctorate degree in Natural Medicine. I do a lot of health consulting, specializing in women's health and pediatrics. I enjoy working with women's hormones, auto-immune conditions, managing thyroid conditions, diabetes, pediatrics, pregnancy, etc. I work with conventional medical doctors to create treatment plans incorporating specific herbs, supplements and nutrition guidelines to help people feel better and, hopefully, reduce the need for pharmaceutical medications.

I am going to be in the community doing a lot of education and traveling to conferences to lecture. Fun things that I am in to: cooking, surfing, hiking, photography, antique shops, dancing, sewing, gardening, harvesting herbs, making teas and salves.

I am fun and approachable while at the same time professional. I am a bridge between alternative and conservative healthcare providers. 

This is all extra info but my business design really IS a lot like me, so it may help or not.

LOGO INSPIRATION:

Dried plants, light colors (yellows, creams, soft teal/green), feminine, soft, simple, elegant. Botanical prints. Clean. Classic.

The cream example titled "CitrineLogo" attached is the closest I have gotten to making something I like myself (but the leaves are incorrect). I have tried other designers and the only other one I somewhat-like is the circular logo in the citrine.jpg. I want it to be simple but at the same time detailed. I want the logo to focus on "CITRINE" with "Natural Health" in smaller font that I can choose to take off for smaller items and then leave on for larger signs and such. I want to incorporate the botanical print of St John's Wort.ords of inspiration: feminine, soft, sweet, charming. Google the word "botanical print" and get an idea of the style of flowers/floral-ness that I am looking for. Like flowers pressed in a book.
