We are looking for a logo/branding to be used specifically for our annual conference. We are the hospice trade association for Colorado & Wyoming. All attendees work for hospices in some capacity, i.e.nursing, chaplain, volunteer, bereavement counselor, social worker, medical director.

I know there are a lot of words! Our association is called, Colorado Center for Hospice & Palliative Care. Maybe this could be in small letters on perimeter of whatever shape you may use. The title of conference is Rocky Mountain Hospice Conference, October 8-10, 2014
