I envision this logo being like an open book with a globe sitting inside the pages of the book.
I see about 1/2 to 3/4 of the globe being visible - as though the world is INSIDE the book. I believe that books create worlds, and worlds can be captured within books.
The countries/ocean in the globe in the logo need to be silhouetted with chocolate brown and white - with the ocean white and the countries in chocolate brown. As the whole logo is to be in chocolate brown and white.
I have attempted to draw this in a few sketches for you - although I don't think I've done it justice! This is just to give you a rough idea of the logo.
This logo needs to be quite simple but striking as it will be presented both in massive sizes (on speaker banners and so on) as well as no more than a centimetre in height on the spines and backs of books.
The words in the logo can either be "GIP" or "Gowor International Publishing" and it's up to you which one you play with - I suggest both. Be creative, you could put the words beneath the book or on the cover of the book or around the globe - have a play with it.
