Logo should be MadyDental.com with "small caps" but .com can be in "lower case"

Font should be soft, rounded or fit in well with MadyDental.com text on welcome page.

Logo should be of a tooth on an IMPLANT and possibly include an "M" somewhere.

Photo will guide you but the slogan on our sign is incorrect (No longer family and cosmetic).

I want the logo to have soft borders generally speaking, rounded edges, friendly, easy to look at, comfortable feel, artistic.  Represent accurately tooth anatomy of a mandibular molar or other tooth and an implant.

Gray and blue.

Unacceptable if tooth has a happy/smiley face is perhaps a bit too silly.  

Unacceptable to not have an implant. 

Unacceptable if cannot recognize the tooth.

Unacceptable if blue and gray not used.

Unacceptable to not follow instruction, but if you feel you have a really good idea then I don't want to prevent you from being free to design.  Go for it!

TO BE USED ON:  website (currently has blue background), business cards.

Quiet because we want people to feel relaxed when thinking of us

Simple because we want a comfortable feel

Im indifferent towards the "subtle/obvious" slider

The sign outside will change soon.  The font will be similar and so will the color.

It will read something different like Mady Dental
