Main target audience is middle to upper-class Gen X, parents of kids 0-21, also single Gen Y females AND internet-savvy baby boomers. Gainesville is a college town (University of Florida), a leader in technology industries, and a popular place to raise a family or retire.
Want to communicate intelligence, trust, friendliness, plus edginess, shiny marketing. Theme basically involves homes and music. Music implied is good but maybe not necessary. A dash of youth/soft edges is desirable, however don't want to look trite or childish.. This logo may drive the design of my upcoming Realtor website design.
Please note I am not the Broker, just one Realtor, no team. The Broker I work for is Bosshardt Realty Services, LLC. Their website and look is NOT what I'm going for, I'm trying to brand myself.
