Jan Gelman + Associates
Choose Well to Lead Well
LOGO: I am attracted to simple, clean logos that present a confident, sophisticated, strong and professional image. Probably lean toward the slimmer fonts. My work is dynamic and represents interconnection/connectivity but I don’t like the flowy, curvy, or too playful fonts. Other big themes like Choices and New Approaches are in caps below.
I like my current logo (attached earlier) but want to change my color palette and update my logo. Also want to try see what designers can come up with to incorporate JG+A versus JG to see what that might look like. Also want to see just Jan Gelman + Associates without the added JG+A. In the end I’ll want a couple of versions of the same final logo so I can use it in different space limitations and presentations.
My differentiator in the leadership development field is that I help leaders, teams and organizations try NEW APPROACHES (change the paradigm) so they get better results…. Get to what matters, open new doors (new ways of thinking, interacting, behaving, etc.) to find opportunities and POSSIBILITIES and to get through challenges. The front door is the easy way and you’ll get okay results. Try a new approach and you will find your true power. (Another way of looking at is the new lens that we see things through.) It’s about CONNECTING (with people, yourself, goals, conversations, etc.) to what really matters – the heart of it.
My clients are willing to do the work to have better connections, relationships and success. They are willing to get real and try a new approach to get there. They are willing to look inward to move upward, forward, onward.
We believe that to create powerful, genuine, engaged and resilient global leaders we need to look at the whole person. We do this through our Whole Health Leadership™ − a practice that helps leaders see the INTERCONNECTIVITY of our health and our success. This lens enables leaders to make better CHOICES every day so they can have the impact they want professionally and personally.
(Part of the Whole Health Leadership framework is the Health Choice Wheel, which is attached as an image.)
Under it all, our passion is helping leaders to be healthy, happy and successful.
