Create a classic, clean logo for "The Chiropractor" in Whitefish Montana

I am a chiropractor and will be providing a traditional chiropractic approach.

I'd like to explore the following colors:

Let designers make suggestions:
Greens: Growth, harmony and success.
Blues: Knowledge, trust, calm and honesty.

I want a classic clean looking logo. The font is important in the feel i want. I want this have maybe a mark with it that will be recognizable. With a name like 'The Chiropractor' i will be enventually having other locations with the city or area name under or around the main part of the logo. My first location is Whitefish. There are a few different options i am considering. One is a more circular logo like some of the new REI branding which i will provide a picture. The other is a real vintage look of an old doctor office, the third is a classic feel that has a tree or trees involved that portrays the beauty of this area of Glacier National Park. That being said i am not looking for a vista of mountains, trees and lakes in the logo. Everyone does that around here. I want something a bit unconventional. I really like the simple shutterstock tree. I like the feel of the stumptown logo..another name for Whitefish is Stumptown and i have toyed with that name. My name is Dr Tim Dudley, that can even be put in there somewhere in fine print if it adds to the whole thing. The office itself will have a Mountain modern feel to it, clean lines but somewhat rustic with some reclaimed wood and clean art.

I want a uncluttered retro style, I would like the capability to have video on the front page.

On the homepage i would like a picture that will play a video that will tell patients what we do and what to expect. Other pages will link to a blog, an about page for me and my staff. I'm not sure but i would like another page to link to a shhedule page or a contact page.
