Newsletter/Magazine Layout for Large Medical Practice

Orlando Orthopaedic Center

We are a medium-large orthopaedic medical practice located in Central Florida. We have 6 locations and 19 doctors who are experts at what they do. However, we are not designers.

Each quarter we put out a 16 page newsletter/magazine to patients. It includes some unique articles and features from our doctors as well as a list of doctors and a few news items as well. In the zip folder for the project you'll see the current design.

Honestly, we are tired of the current design (attached as OOC News Spring 2013) and want to go in a completely new, fresh direction. We would like the newsletter to look more like a magazine - something that is interesting to read. It can be fun/modern/heavy on graphics or symbols/photo focused - whatever you want. We want to let your creativity run wild to see how we can reach and engage our patients and referring doctors better.

The only thing we require is that there is some blue in it somewhere (can be a lot of white space if you so choose though). Go nuts. Note: do not reference our website for design elements. It is changing and I've attached a screenshot of what the new site will look like in case you need that.

Please feel free to be creative. Remember we are in the medical field though! If we choose your design there is the potential for A LOT more work with future design projects as well (ads, infographics, misc. collateral, T-shirts, etc.)
