Template for fact /product sheet

4 versions - PDF / Word templates, or other forms considered, A4

The templates act as a guide for completing Fact Sheet / Product sheets.

The document is used for electronic sharing - emailed to the client, download from the website and or printed on a local printer or sent to an outside printer.

The final form must be able to distribute so the receiving person cannot easily edit – typical PDF format is ok. Circulating a word document is not. But the word document can be turned into a PDF

Each template would have

1. Front Page
a. A header which identifies the company
b. A footer that allows text such as commercial in confidence or other such text
2. Follow on sheets (second and subsequent sheets there might be multiple of these)
a. The header is removed, but the footer remains b. Need to consider page numbering. It would be ok to have this as an input field
3. Each template would have the concept of a call-out (see example). If there is no callout the user should be able to delete it.

4. End page - address and contact details

The 4 templates would have the same format except each template would reflect a different set of products.

With a product, there are multiple product lines. For example, there is s green template - then within the green series there will be multiple products for example Peptides

There might be a red template that would be used for Hormones and there would be multiple products within the red series.

So If a see a green page I know its Peptides
If I see a red page I know its Hormones

We are open to the format PDF or word or another form
we dont have a brand guide.
