Start-up dental staffing agency needs powerful 6 x 11 direct mail piece

We match dental candidates seeking jobs to dental employers who need help. The target for this 6 x 11 mail piece is employers (specifically, dental offices).

I need a 6" x 11" direct mail piece (template attached). I prefer the final product to be a layered PS file, so that I can edit it in the future. The piece will be mailed to prospective employers (dentist offices). The purpose is to inform them of our new staffing service, and to get them to sign up on our website. I've included a few pieces we've used in the past, but I'm looking for a creative and new direction. I'm looking for a better layout, and a cleaner delivery of our message.

We are a niche dental staffing agency. What makes us different from big, traditional national agencies like Indeed and Monster is 1) our price is less, 2) most candidates on our site have pictures/profiles 3) we offer niche filters and design specifically catered to dentistry, 4) we verify candidate licensure and before candidates are allowed on our site, 5) we offer the ability to chose and book temps using our automated platform, 6) our services are accessed by subscribing to monthly plans that grant unlimited use.
What makes us different from local, smaller dental staffing agencies (in addition to the list above) is 1) we don't charge finders fees when employers hire, 2) our website and platform are enterprise level and offer real services, 3) we don't require contracts
