Trouble started when we were trying to finalize design. Doesn’t really understand or follow clear instructions. When you ask for something the designer does their own thing and doesn’t do what you requested. When we were trying to finalize design the contest stopped. Customer service tried to contact designer several times and was unsuccessful.
