We recently commenced a new professional services consulting firm, Aither, which means “clean or pure air” in ancient Greek, and was also considered one of the founding elements of the universe. We will be drawing on the Aither concept by providing clear, concise and practical advice to government and private sector clients in the areas of water and environmental management. The website should be designed to exhibit our passion for the environment, as well as our professional nature.

The design should follow an environmental theme throughout, however in a professional manner. It should appeal to prospective clients, and exhibit that we are passionate about our work, and conduct it in a highly professional manner.
Aither uses the following colours (CMYK in brackets) – Black (C100/M10/Y10/K10), White (C0/M0/Y0/K0), Dark Blue (C100/M0/Y0/K22), Light Blue (C69/M7/Y0/K0), and Orange (C0/M40/Y90/K0).
Examples of photography is given below in another section. We would like to include a page for staff photos, within the people section.
Aither’s primary typeface is Neutra Text Bold, kept in uppercase format, whilst our secondary typeface is Myriad Pro, however are open to new ideas.

Avoid over-bearing/cluttered designs that are difficult to navigate and/or understand what our business does. The inclusion of blogs, twitter, news feeds, etc. is not desired.
The site should be designed in a way that isn’t cluttered or over-bearing. It should be simple and easy to navigate for our prospective clients. As well as being creative, the site should critically maintain a professional look.
We desire the website to be fast-loading, and optimised (or compatible) with mobile viewing on iOS and Android systems, as well as compatible with iPads.
Use of photos need to be royalty free in Australia.
