$350 - Web hosting site - redesign Logo and layout (NO coding)

Logo redesign and website layout (graphics only) for our Web hosting company, providing dedicated servers, shared web hosting and ecommerce web hosting to UK businesses.
Looking for a fresh, corporate, look (maybe web2) but flexible and I am open to your suggestions.

Desired Style:
Corporate/business and fresh

Accepted File Formats:
Layered AI for the logo, PSD for the layout

Logo
Should be:
- able to print out easily
- must be pleasing to view on a web page
- relevant and inspiring
No other restrictions - completely open to all design suggestions :-)

Note: I do not like pictures of servers all over the pages. Although, if subtly included could look OK.

Layout
No fixed width designs, please make fluid. Other than that no restrictions.
