We primarily develop and market MCS3 (The Most Complete Student Success System). The product is targeted it at Jr High, High School and College Students. Teaches them strategies, tools and techniques to improve their academic success. Currently targeted within U.S., but we know we have a strong market in Europe and will expand there.

We like the clean, crisp and terse nature of the Apple Site to convey lots of information with few words. However, our site doesn't have to be minimalistic. It doesn't have to be color-free / monochrome. We know folks who come to our site are primarily scanners (like most sites), and so we need to be graphical, and convey a lot with fewer words. Most folks coming to the site are coming through web ads. 80% will stay looking and scanning for information for at least 20 seconds. This site needs to convert to online sales. We currently have a conversion rate of 5% - 12%. We are looking to up the rate to 20%. Based on using clicktale, we've seen our users and most (even those who stay for several minutes) stick on the homepage. Our current homepage is very long. We want a tighter and smaller landing page, but believe we probably need a good amount of info on the landing page. We are flexible on colors (note that we haven't closed on our own logo). In attached images are two artifacts. One is a product comparison grid just as an fyi ... it can be modified. And the other is a picture of the product. We plan on redoing the packaging - so don't get stuck on the style or colors. Both files are okay quality to keep size small - I can send better ones if needed.

We want a total of Five Pages ... (1) Homepage / Landing Page - Convey Top 3 product benefits, product information, needs to support sale as a conversion page, very interactive, Include a product comparison chart. Indicate we have collaboration with Harvard, MIT, Duke, Stanford, BU, Univ of Chicago. Note that the top 3 benefits are: (a) increase in GPA [see upload of gpadata3.png for a visual representation that you can change]; (b) decrease in study time [i will upload a visual of that too]; (c) biggest bang for buck compared to alternatives like a learning center or private tutor [see upload of compare-grid.pdf for examples]. (2) Testimonials - video testimonials and written testimonials by students, teachers and parents. (3) FAQ page – 20 questions with details about what is included in the product, risk free guarantee, product comparison. We need the following information to conveyed – - 7 secret strategies being offered – 7 flash or audio-visuals with a few words - Top 10 Benefits – why would this product help students [see upload of system-back-cover.jpg to see about a dozen benefits. We will modify the text eventually and add more numeric data to back up those benefits, but it gives you an idea]? - Top 10 Important statistics to build credibility and trust – Used by # of students, Used in # of countries, How many subjects applicable, # of research to develop, experts from academic instutions that helped us [harvard, mit, stanford, univ. of chicago, duke, boston u]. If the above items can be conveyed in the first three pages, great, if not then can add pages to support them If the above item doesn't require additional pages, then design for the following: (4) Contact us page (5) Shopping Cart Landing Page / Order Page (get there after someone clicks on Buy now).
One of the Website's primary goals is conversion to sales. Our current CTR is 3% and the # of Impressions daily is 20K-100k. Our conversion rate is between 5-10%, but it needs to be increased to 20%. Main story – What differentiates a successful student from the others? It is not IQ, Hard work. Research has proved that it is the fundamental tools that make all the difference. Too many students spend their academic careers sawing proverbial trees with the sledgehammer. Our product is the chain saw that can improve a student’s grades and success multifold. Target audience – Junior high, high school or college students and their parents. Support Chat and feedback on main pages. Support Video, Flash or other dynamic tools on pages. Most content needs to be visual and interactive with few words for scanning users. Site needs to build trust and credibility with the visitors. Clean design. Incorporate integration with social media As mentioned, our logo is not finalized, but tag line will probably be "Zendigo Group" - "make a difference". Similarly, for product, we need an eventual logo/design, but currently "MCS3" - "reinvent your future". As a reminder, MCS3 stands for Most Complete Student Success System.
