I am a real estate broker and work for Knipe Realty in Portland, Oregon USA. I sell homes on a rent to own (aka lease-option) and love it!
I find a landlord/seller of a property who is interested in selling their home and then proceed to find a tenant/buyer to move into that property. Once we place a tenant/buyer into a home we track them closely all the way through the end of the transaction to ensure their success.
