We are creating an educational program for the head of our human resources department (his name is Simon) and the program will be called "Simon Says!". It will be educational content and tips related to human resources, employee benefits and training. So we would like to have a cartoon characature of Simon with the words "Simon Says!" that we can use to promote the program. We have attached a few pictures that can be used to capture Simon's likeness. We also included the Polk Nation logo that should be incorporated into the design (could be a logo on his shirt or in the background)
