Stunning 7 step info graphic for high end custom home builder

We are a custom home builder in Boise, Idaho. We build upscale homes in the $400-600k price range. We help people design a new plan, find a building lot and then build their new custom home on their lot.

This info graphic page is going to be the MAIN focal point of my website. All traffic will be driven to this page. The graphic will be designed to give prospective customers a very simple and clean, step by step process of how they can design and build their new custom home. The design layout will be like a road that they drive down, step by step, to arrive at their new dream home. Once the design of the page is complete, I have a web developer that is going to make this an interactive page that allows potential customers to click on each of the 7 steps along the road to learn more information about that particular step. I want the design to be very clean and refreshing. More graphics and visual than actual words. I would like to see the design look to match the overall color and feel of my logo and current website as this will become a page on that website. Website is http://www.highlandhomesllc.com. Rather than using actual photographs, I would like to use graphic design, possibly in an animated or cartoon kind of a style.

Content headers are included in Word document attached below. I will upload additional content of the very limited text to be used within each of the 7 steps.

The layout of the info graphic should follow pretty closely to the attached drawing below. There will be a large colorful image on the top that acts as a header for the entire page. Then the road starts below that with 7 steps along the way. Informational boxes are found out to the right and to the left of the road with information about each step. Inside each box will be a graphic with a small amount of text inside describing that step. At the bottom of each box there will be a call to action and a reward attached to the completion of that step. As you get to the bottom of the graphic, the road leads to another large, colorful image of a happy couple standing in front of their dream home. There will be information as well about the prizes and rewards that they have earned along their path.

I want the entire design to be very colorful and eye catching! This has to look beautiful!! Use the same simple and clean feel that is found on my website. Use the orange and black colors where possible. Make the overall feel of the graphic from top to bottom look like it is an actual road that is traveling to a beautiful new home!

I will be very interactive on the 99designs website. I will respond quickly to questions or designs that are uploaded! I plan to make this a beautiful info graphic that will receive very high traffic!
