Blockchain Bites
School for Web3 programmers
*Bite meaning: a piece cut off by biting. In order to eat (learn) it, we'll provide a piece of food (information) that fits in the mouth (brain)
Blockchain Bites is an online school for teaching the next generations of Web3 programmers. Our target audience is developers who are already working in the Web 2.0 software industry.
Our goal is to educate 100,000 devs around the world and make sure they enter the blockchain workforce.
We offer different digital certificates that are saved in the Blockchain (NFT). Our aim is to make those certificates recognizable due to the quality of the outcome as well as their aesthetics.
We offer a variety of online training that combined makes the students ready to get a job in the Blockchain industry as developers.
Online training we offer:
- Bootcamp: self-paced game-based course for learning the fundamentals of Solidity (the programming language of the blockchain). For beginners. Each student will need to pass different levels, like in a game, in order to build a fictional startup. Through this process, several topics regarding Blockchain and Solidity are taught.
- Advanced courses: ranging from three to ten hours. Ideally for experienced developers or those who completed the bootcamp. This is delivered in a video format with captions and a starter code. Subscription-based access.
- Solidity Challenge: This is a live bootcamp for beginners, which comprises 30 hours of training, 3 hours each day. It follows a learn-to-earn model where the first students who successfully complete the bootcamp (and solve all the challenges) will receive a monetary prize given in crypto. They learn the foundations of blockchain, topics of Solidity for building cryptocurrencies, NFT collections and interacting with DeFi protocols.
- Two-hour live conference: it covers a variety of Blockchain and Solidity topics. Typically is given in a very introductory way for reaching broader audiences.
Some of our conferences:
Technical
- Understanding upgradeable smart contracts and their benefits
- How to develop rounded testing in Solidity by using ethers.js
- A deep dive into the EVM for learning gas optimizations in smart contracts
- Breaking down the suite Open Zeppelin Defender for supercharging smart contracts
Non-Technical
- The new economy of digital assets in the Blockchain (NFTs)
- What’s the difference between Bitcoin and Ethereum blockchains?
- Smart Contracts: when the code becomes law
- Finance in the Blockchain: the rise of DeFi
