Modern Logo design: Lonely Planet for software developers

TeamFound

Objective: Create a Logo for TeamFound. Primarily web based but needs to work on business cards and soft goods.

Who we are: TeamFound is a resource that helps companies source and staff their software/mobile development projects using virtual teams. Think Lonely Planet for software developers. We are located in Vermont which is a really cool place to live but has forced us to get really good at building virtual teams as there are more cows that people here.

Small(under 50) to Medium(under 500) business in the US that are looking for experienced and reliable help building a team outside the confines of their office.

What it should include: A good logo should be; simple, distinctive, relevant, memorable, and timeless.
Simple: Two color(we are partial to Blue/Green or Blue/White or Blue/Silver) but it needs to work in B&W as well.
Modern, Technology..yet simple and clean.
It should convey a sense of trust and experience that can be helpful to your company
It should include the letters TeamFound though how you use them is up to you

What we are not:
We are not a big company
We are not a boring company
We are not for everyone
Please do not use stock photos, clip art pictures, or cartoons

There will be follow on work for a Wordpress site design.

The logo should be ready to use with Adobe CS5 software for printed and electronic media with vector based files for Illustrator and PSD files for Photoshop.
