This concept is implemented into the picture of Deschutes River that passes through mountains and the gauge scale of back-flow testing as accents.

The theme of this logo is the city of Twin-Cities which commonly refer to the two cities of Minneapolis and Saint Paul, USA. This theme is implemented by arranging the silhouette of the iconic buildings of Minneapolis-St. Paul. The silhouette are presented in a style that plays the main lines of buildings, other than to having uniqueness is also in order to performing well in the mono-color. The overall of logo is packed in modern-retro style with the title font that simple and prominent.")
