I need a cover for a book that will be published soon. I need a cover that is specifically designed for my printed book version (to use on Amazon CreateSpace). I will plan to use this cover for my ebook version, too. But the main goal is a good looking cover for my printed book version.
The cover should display the book title, subtitle and author

Book Author: Gale R. Stafford
The style I am looking for is: cool, no nonsense, masculine, powerful
Images for the cover: you can include an illustration or no illustration at all. It may not need that. I leave that up to you. If you include an image, an illustration related to science would be good. Or something like an illustration representing a person feeling engaged at work, or an illustration representing his/her talent being fully activated at work.
