Create an irresistable cover for the sequel of my fantasy novel based on part 1

Stormfront is part 2 of a fantasy trilogy called Het Fluisterende Woud (The Whispering Woods). Two brothers are on the run from an enemy the youngest brother - Vesper - has created in his dreams. With the help of friend they try to fight them of, while Vesper tries to gain control over his powers.

I need a cover that continues the style used for part 1. Unfortunately I cannot use my previous designer. Key elements of the cover for part 1 are the styled tree as a centerpiece with the roots beneath the author name, the various ornaments, the light coming from behind the tree, the moody colorsetting and style. For part 2 I need a styled mountain as the centerpiece, with a moody blue colorsetting. The cover needs to be recognizable as belonging to the same series as part 1.
The finale of the book is staged on a mountain in the midst of a terrible storm. So please use stormy elements (wind, rain, lightning, leaves) for the ornamentation, but don't overdo it. In the mountain is a tunnelsystem.

The size of the cover (front/back) is 150x220 mm. Please use dummy text for the blurb and a placeholder for the barcode.
The fonts used are [Cinzel, Cinzel Decorative, Ruritania]. I can make them available for you if you win the contest, meanwhile it's ok to use something similar.

I will judge the creations mainly on:
- how well you managed to create a styled mountain
- how well you managed to create the same mood as the cover of part 1
- the light effect coming from the backgroud
- the ornaments
- having a print safe spine

Don't deviate from the style of part 1. Even when it turns out magnificent, I cannot use it. Please read the instructions carefully.
